Eligibility

Do you qualify?

Our program has a few baseline requirements to ensure the health and safety of you and the baby. The questionnaire will walk you through everything in just a couple of minutes.

    Age 21 to 32 You must be between 21 and 32 years of age at the time of application.

    Previous successful pregnancy You've had at least one full-term, healthy pregnancy and birth without major complications.
  3. 3
    Currently raising a child You are currently parenting at least one child in your home.
  4. 4
    U.S. citizen or permanent resident You're a U.S. citizen or hold a green card. We accept surrogates from all 50 states.
  5. 5
    Healthy lifestyle Non-smoker, no recreational drug use, BMI under 32, and in good general health.
